Conceptual Plan Approved for 9.9-Acre Property in the Prairie Ridge Development
During a September 9 meeting of the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission, a Conceptual Plan and several other documents were approved for SB1 Pleasant Prairie, LLC to develop a new office development in the Prairie Ridge commercial area in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The 9.9-acre property is generally located between 88th and 91st Avenues and between 76th Street and Prairie Ridge Boulevard.
Plans call for the property to be divided into four lots for the potential development of four commercial office buildings. The four lots are proposed to range in size between 2.12 and 2.91 acres with building sizes ranging between 11,500 square feet (one building) and approximately 20,000 square feet (three buildings). No tenants for the proposed buildings have yet been identified, and no specific building plans or timelines have yet been submitted.
