Hunter was awarded the honor, “…for his dedication to victims of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault; his true understanding of the dynamics of being a victim; and his follow through with services making the experiences less traumatic for the victim,” according to Pam Carper, Assistant Executive Director for Women and Children’s Horizons.
