On Monday, August 12, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Conceptual Plans for Keystone Condominiums. The request was made by Joe Bukovich of Point Real Estate on behalf of the Sagewood 47 LLC, owner of the properties located on the east side of 47th Avenue between Main Street and 104th Street (STH 165) to develop the remainder of the Sagewood Condominium land with 18-2 unit condominium buildings to be known as Keystone Condominiums.
The Keystone Condominium development will include 18-2 unit ranch style units that are proposed to be 1,589 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two car attached garage, full basement, and sun room with a rear patio/deck. It is anticipated that construction on the required public improvements will commence in spring of 2020 and that all of the units will be completed within three years.
