Ages 8 and older, join us for a 400-meter swim, 4-mile spin bike ride and 2.3-mile outdoor run (weather permitting). Scoring is based on total time. Awards are presented to top 3 winners for male and female. Advanced registration is required prior to 5:00 pm the Friday before the event.
