    Planned Phone Upgrades at Pleasant Prairie Police Department

    The Pleasant Prairie Police Department is performing a phone system upgrade that will take place Wednesday, January 15, between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. This outage is planned to give the vendor the needed time to update equipment and improve the phone system. Some internal phone lines and extensions will be disabled during the upgrade period. 
     
    Emergency calls to 911 dispatch service will not be changed and will remain fully operational during the upgrade. For all non-emergency requests, the public should call 262.694.1234. Full phone operations will resume after 4:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15, when the vendor’s work is complete.
