Pleasant Prairie first offered an email version of the Village Newsletter in December of 2007. The first email newsletter was sent to 142 email addresses. The most recent issue of the Village Newsletter (July 2016) was sent to 1,349 email addresses. To date, approximately 305 residents have opted off of the paper mailing list for the newsletter, with just under 7,600 Village households and businesses still on the paper mailing list.

Signing up to receive the email version of the Village Newsletter is easy, and approximately half of the residents who open their email newsletter are reading it on a mobile device. If you're comfortable reading your newsletter electronically, you can choose to opt off of the paper mailing list by emailing [email protected]. Include your name and postal mailing address along with the words "email only." Once your name has been removed, we'll send you a follow-up email to confirm.
