SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS APPROVED FOR DHL SUPPLY CHAIN

On Monday, August 22, 2016, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved site and operational plans for DHL Supply Chain to occupy the entire 256,240 square foot building located at 8505 100th Street in LakeView Corporate Park.

Earlier this month, DHL received a permit to occupy 50% of the same building. The request to occupy the remaining 50% of the building triggered a requirement for the submission of site and operational plans. No site or exterior building modifications have been proposed.

The building will be used to warehouse SC Johnson products, including: Windex, Ziploc, Glade, Shout, Saran, and Off brands. The building will not be open to the public.

Expected hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Between ten and 12 full-time employees are expected to work from the facility. An average of 30 truck trips are expected to and from the site on a daily basis.
