PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING FOR HWY 165 CONSTRUCTION

On Tuesday, July 19, Wisconsin DOT and Cornerstone USA, LLC, will be holding a Public Information Meeting in regards to the pavement and bridge construction taking place on STH 165. The meeting will be taking place at Pleasant Prairie Village Hall (9915 39th Avenue, Pleasant Prairie) from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Village Hall Auditorium.

This project will rehabilitate the pavement on 2.5 mile segment of STH 165 along with the construction of a new bridge over the Des Plaines River with 1.5 miles of new pavement. STH 165 will be expanded from two lanes to four lanes in an area adjacent to and west of Prairie Springs Park. The work will begin between I-94 to STH 31 later this month. Project is expected to be complete in the spring.
