Village officials have been notified that construction crews working on Cooper Road will be working this Saturday, June 26 in order to make up for rain days. Work will take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Construction crews will maintain access to properties for residents during the work.

Crews began work on Cooper Road between 85th and 93rd Streets earlier this month. Work being completed is similar to that completed on 93rd Street west of Cooper Road during 2009. Improvements include: pulverizing the existing asphalt, repaving and striping the roadway. The existing gravel shoulder will also be paved.
