Thank you to all who attended Steak by Fire in support of Pleasant Prairie Fire & Rescue. Proceeds from the event will be used to purchase supplemental fire and emergency medical equipment that assists the department in providing a higher level of response and service.
Equipment that has been purchased in the past includes: automatic defibrillators, a thermal imaging camera, emergency radios and a smoke generating machine for the fire safety house. "The department greatly appreciates the support of all who have attended and those who have donated items for the event," explained Fire Chief Paul Guilbert. Please consider joining us again next year for the 5th Annual Steak by Fire.
