VILLAGE THANKS THREE LONGTIME EMPLOYEES FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY UPON THEIR RETIREMENT
On Monday, February 15, the Village Board presented three recently retired, longtime employees with Resolutions of Appreciation and Recognition.
Deputy Chief David Mogensen recently retired after twenty eight years of service with the Pleasant Prairie Police Department. Deputy Chief Mogensen organized and directly supervised numerous high profile investigations and was recognized for his contributions as a highly motivated, skilled and caring professional.
Police Officer William Larson recently retired after five years in law enforcement in the State of Texas and twenty four additional years of service with the Pleasant Prairie Police Department. Officer Larson was recognized as a proven leader and role model to younger officers during his tenure with the department. He had earned nineteen letters of commendation throughout his career.
Anna Santelli recently retired after twenty six years of service with Pleasant Prairie's Fire & Rescue Department as a paid-on-call and part-time Firemedic. Firemedic Santelli became a paid-on-call firefighter in April of 1989 while attending college in Champaign, Illinois and served as Lieutenant from 2000 through 2010. She earned several certifications throughout her career and was an outstanding company officer.
The Village wishes to extend our most sincere respect and appreciation to Dave, Bill and Anna for their dedicated service to the community. We wish to congratulate them on their well-earned retirement, and share our best wishes for continued success, happiness and good health in their retirement.
