NEW RESTAURANTS
A new Cousins Subs restaurant is now under construction in the Shoppes at Prairie Ridge. The restaurant will be located in the building north of PetSmart and Dick's Sporting Goods and south of Famous Dave's. Cousins Subs is expected to open for business in March.

Asian Taste, an oriental fast food restaurant specializing in carry-out, is also under construction. Asian Taste will be located west of the Cousins Subs location and is expected to open in March.

Tentative plans are also underway for Tazinos, an Italian buffet-style restaurant, to occupy space west of Cousins. If Tazinos locates in the Shoppes at Prairie Ridge, a summer opening will be planned.

NEW RETAIL
The new PetSmart store is slated to open this coming March. PetSmart is located between Target and Dick's Sporting Goods.

Work on a specialty store featuring women's fashions, maurices, is also underway in the same development. Maurices will be located immediately west of JCPenney. A spring 2009 opening is anticipated.

JCPenney is targeting a mid-summer opening of their new full-service, Pleasant Prairie location. The store will be located towards the west end of the Shoppes, opposite the new Target store.
