The Pleasant Prairie RecPlex Ice Arena is proud to showcase the talents of area figure skaters during the 2024 Spring Ice Show. Experience the jungle coming to life during the Welcome to the Jungle-themed Spring Ice Show. Audiences will be transported to a vibrant, lively atmosphere with tropical music, jungle scenery, and colorful costumes.
The Spring Ice Show will feature nearly 140 area performers from preschool to adult. Solo, duet, and synchronized figure skaters will perform to popular music selections. Katie Luburich, Figure Skating Coordinator for the RecPlex Ice Arena, said, "This year's show promises to be an exhilarating experience for all. The vibrant costumes and jungle-themed set will immerse the audience in a tropical adventure."
Three showings are available: Friday, May 3, at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 4, at 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tickets are available at the RecPlex Ice Arena, located at 9900 Terwall Terrace. Admission is $15 per person, with children under three receiving complimentary entry. Concessions will be available for guests to enjoy snacks and beverages during the show.
RecPlex Ice Arena staff would like to thank all the volunteers who offered their time and talent to assist with set design, costume alterations, promotion, picture day, costume changes, supervision, and more. Volunteer help makes the community-centered skating event an amazing experience for skaters and spectators alike. RecPlex is located one mile east of I-94 on Highway 165 in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. The Ice Arena's entrance is on the facility's north end.
