During an August 11 Plan Commission meeting, Site and Operational Plans were approved for a second phase expansion for Milwaukee Insulation/Insulation Plus at their Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin location. Insulation Plus is a wholesaler and distributer of products for the residential and commercial building industry. They deal mainly with commercial construction contractors.

Insulation Plus has plans to occupy the southern 37,000 square feet of the Towne II Industrial Building, located at 10795 72nd Avenue in LakeView Corporate Park. Interior improvements will be completed to accommodate offices and office amenities, storage and show room space. Once improvements are complete, operating hours at the site will be 6:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., with an estimated 10 full-time employees working from the site.

We're pleased that they've chosen Pleasant Prairie." With approval of the Site and Operational Plans, construction of improvements at the site can commence.
