During a meeting of the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission, a Conditional Use Permit including Site and Operational Plans were approved for Cellar Door Wines. Cellar Door Wines will occupy space in the Willow Point Plaza, located on the south side of Highway 50 in the Village of Pleasant Prairie. Cellar Door Wines will offer local wine buyers a variety of wine selections from all major wine producing regions throughout the world.
Managing Partners, Neil Charles and Tom Kibbe plan to share their knowledge and experience with local wine buyers. They plan to hold tastings for the general public and to offer between 10 and 20 "wines of the month." Cellar Door Wines is anticipated to open for business in mid-August. The store will be located at 8501 75th Street in the Willow Point Plaza.
"We're pleased to welcome Cellar Door Wines to the Village," commented Peggy Herrick, Assistant Planner for Pleasant Prairie. "We're hopeful that Cellar Door will add a new dimension to the retail and restaurant offerings in the Village. We're pleased to have them here."
