Office of Assessment Services maintains specific land and building information and determines assessed values for most of the real estate parcels
in Pleasant Prairie. Through intergovernmental agreements we also perform the required assessment work for Salem Lakes, Randall, and Brighton.
Property values for each municipality are updated every two years to reflect current market value following the biennial schedule below:
Pleasant Prairie - During the even years
Brighton - During the even years
Salem Lakes - During the odd years
Randall - During the odd years
