General Information About Your Property Tax
Your entire real estate tax bill, or your first installment, is due by January 31, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the entire tax bill becoming due and payable. Additionally, interest and penalties at the rate of 1.5% per month will begin to accumulate as of February 1, 2025. Payments not receipted at Village Hall by February 7, 2025 or postmarked on or before January 31, 2025 are delinquent. There are several ways for you to make your real estate tax payment.

Installment Plan Option
The Village offers a three installment payment plan for your real estate taxes only. Please refer to your enclosed statement for the respective due dates and amounts for each of the installments. If an installment is delinquent, the total remaining unpaid tax becomes delinquent and interest and penalties are calculated back to February 1, 2025.

Pay Online
Pay online at the Kenosha County property inquiry website here. Use “Guest Sign In” to search by parcel number, bill number, or address.

Payment convenience fees will apply:
• eCheck - $1.50 per transaction
• Credit Card - 3% (minimum $2.95)
