Our mission is to provide innovative, comprehensive and high quality technology-based solutions and services, establish and maintain an effective operational environment, and deliver prompt, cost effective and reliable technology services that exceed the needs of a dynamic Village.

Information Technology (IT) is the common thread that enables the Village’s business units to accomplish their respective missions. And while IT is an essential, foundational element for the Village to provide services, IT is also a catalyst for business innovation. The following 4 principals support the mission of Information Technology.
    • Provide a technology environment that enhances communication among Village employees, the business community and the community at large.
    • Provide a reliable, predictable, safe, secure and efficient enterprise infrastructure.
    • Improve public access to Village services through enhancement of web based and mobile based capabilities and applications.
    • Treat information and data as strategic resources ensuring its confidentiality, integrity and availability.
