Provide professional support and quality services to all Village of Pleasant Prairie’s employees and elected officials with integrity, responsiveness and sensitivity. To recruit qualified individuals, retain valuable employees, promote individual success and increase overall value to the organization, provide and promote a safe and healthy work environment, inspire and encourage employees through effective communication and provide feedback, provide guidance and informative resources as it relates to benefits, policies and procedures and responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state and federal employment laws and labor contracts.
