The Village of Pleasant Prairie is pleased to introduce Mr. Mike Spence. Mr. Spence joined the Village Staff on December 19, 2007 as the new Village Engineer. He will be taking over the position held by Retired Village Engineer, Bob Martin.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. He has extensive experience in: engineering reports; facilities plans; site development; water mains; wastewater collection systems; stormwater management; water supply, storage, treatment and distribution; wastewater treatment; and sludge management.

Mike is a registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin and Florida. Most recently, Mr. Spence served as the Civil Department Manager for Earth Tech. Prior to his time at Earth Tech, Mike held the position of Associate/Manager at TN & Associates. Mike brings a collective 30 years of engineering experience to his new position. The Village is pleased to formally introduce Mike Spence as the new Village Engineer.
