As a result of the 2010 budget planning process, hours for the Building Inspection counter at Village Hall have been modified. This change affects only the Building Inspection Department and will not affect counter hours for the Assessing or Community Development Departments. The new Building Inspection Department hours, as of January 4, 2010 will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm. 

Due to ongoing economic challenges, the construction industry has experienced a marked decrease in construction activity. The downturn in the economy has also had an impact on the Village budget and has made it necessary to reduce staffing levels. This has resulted in the change noted above. The Village of Pleasant Prairie appreciates your understanding in this matter.
