On Monday, August 10, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Site and Operational Plans presented by Towne Lakeview LLC for Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL) to occupy a 51,540 square foot building in LakeView Corporate Park. OHL is a supply chain management company based in Brentwood, Tennessee. The company plans to store and distribute packaged swimming pool chemicals from two leased locations in Pleasant Prairie. A Site and Operational Plan presented by Liberty Property Trust will be considered during a Monday, August 24 meeting for OHL to occupy a separate 240,000 square foot building.
The 51,540 square foot building is located at 8330 107th Street. The second is located at 8691 109th Street. With the lease of both buildings, 53 jobs will be created, ten full-time and 43 part-time. The company will operate one shift from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
