Prior to items being discussed at public meetings, the Village posts meeting agendas under the Boards & Commissions tab to give the public advance notice of what will be discussed (select the Board or Commission you wish to learn about, and then "Meetings"). Agendas are also posted at Village Hall (39th Avenue), Pleasant Prairie RecPlex (9900 Terwall Terrace), and the Roger Prange Municipal Center (8600 Green Bay Road).

Additionally, agenda documents for both Village Board and Plan Commission meetings are also posted under the Boards & Commissions tab. These are the same documents shared with the Village Board and Plan Commission members prior to each meeting. Documents could include staff memos or reports, contracts, support information, draft ordinances, various plans, or more.

These documents are also archived in this area of the website along with audio files and minutes from past meetings dating back several years. If you have an interest, Village Board meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of the month at 6:00 p.m., while Plan Commission meetings are held on the second and fourth Mondays of the month at 6:00 p.m.
