SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS APPROVED FOR QUEST PRODUCTS
On Monday, September 22, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Site and Operational Plans for Quest Products. Quest plans to occupy an existing building located on approximately 4.66 acres at 8201 104th Street in Pleasant Prairie.
The 44,398 square foot building will house Quest’s general office/headquarters, warehousing, distribution, some assembly, and packaging operations. Approximately half of the space will be dedicated to office uses, while the remaining half will be dedicated to warehousing. Quest’s warehousing and distribution consists of finished consumer products. The company does not manufacture with raw materials.
The company expects to employ 28 full-time positions over one shift. Quest’s proposed hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Twenty truck trips to and from the site are expected daily.
