On Monday, May 12, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Site and Operational Plans for two CenterPoint WisPark Land Company II, LLC projects. CenterPoint is proposing to build one of two speculative industrial buildings on vacant land located at the southeast corner of 116th Street and 88th Avenue in LakeView Corporate Park while mass grading a second site for future development.

The first of the two buildings to be built will depend upon discussions with potential future tenants. One 412,000 square foot building has been proposed on a 25.3 acre parcel, and another 521,000 square foot building has been proposed on a 28.5 acre parcel. No users have yet been identified for either building.
