On Monday, December 1, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Site and Operational Plans for Towne LakeView VI on behalf of the OEM Industries Division of FNA Group Inc. The FNA Group plans to occupy a 176,433 square foot building that was recently built by Zilber Property Group on approximately 11 acres. The building is located at 7152 99th Street in LakeView Corporate Park.

The FNA Group expects to begin operations in Pleasant Prairie during January of 2015 and has plans to initially employ 100 full-time positions over three shifts. The facility is expected to operate 24 hours per day, Monday through Friday. Between two and five truck trips are anticipated daily.

The FNA Group, a manufacturer of gas and electric pressure washers that is based in Illinois, has plans to manufacture high-pressure hose and to store and distribute pressure washer parts from the Pleasant Prairie location. Plans also call for research and development/engineering functions to take place at this location. The company is relocating a portion of its Arkansas operations to Pleasant Prairie.
