Thank you to all those who joined us as we honored America’s service men and women. The Pleasant Prairie Veterans Day Ceremony was held on Sunday, November 16 out of respect for the homecoming of Staff Sgt. James L. Van Bendegom and his family. The ceremony was held at the Veterans Memorial inside Prairie Springs Park at 1:30 in the afternoon. During the ceremony, bricks and benches were dedicated, and a moment of silence was observed.

The Village would also like to thank all of the Veterans Organizations that participated, the Veterans themselves, and families of our Veterans who attended.
