FINAL SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLANS APPROVED FOR MAJESTIC REALTY SPECULATIVE BUILDING
On Monday, May 23, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved final site and operational plans for Majestic Realty. Preliminary site and operational plans and a Development Agreement for the same project were approved on April 25, 2016.
Majestic has plans to construct a 424,164 square foot speculative building along the east side of 88th Avenue (County Highway H) approximately ¼ mile south of Bain Station Road. Mass grading and work to install underground utilities, footings, and foundations for the project is already underway.
Plans call for the construction of a speculative building that could be easily divided to accommodate as many as four tenants. It has been designed as a cross-dock facility with the opportunity for secured truck courts. Majestic will be responsible for the cost of public improvements that will serve the site, including the construction of a by-pass and acceleration/deceleration lanes along County Highway H.
A conceptual plan was conditionally approved for the property in October of 2012. Majestic has tentative plans to construct a second building on the southern portion of the property at a point in the future.
