PRELIMINARY PLANS APPROVED FOR SPECULATIVE INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN LAKEVIEW CORPORATE PARK

On Monday, November 28, 2016, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved preliminary site and operational plans for a new speculative industrial building in LakeView Corporate Park. Zilber Property Group is proposing to construct a 72,324 square foot building on approximately 4.5 acres at the northwest corner of 102nd Street and 78th Avenue.

Preliminary plans call for the building to be designed for a warehouse, distribution, and/or manufacturing use. It is proposed to have six dock locations (expandable to thirteen) on the north side of the building with two drive-in doors. No tenants have yet been identified for this location, which is being referred to as Zilber Industrial 1.

Approval of the preliminary plans will allow for mass grading and the installation of underground utilities, footings, and foundations to be begin. Final Site and Operational Plans are expected to be submitted for review during the spring of 2017.
