On Monday, June 10, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved a Conditional Use Permit including Site and Operational Plans for RS Capital LLC. The request was made by Scott Pomerich on behalf of RS Capital who intends to purchase the property located at 8500 Green Bay Road from Alpha Media LLC and lease 360 square feet of office space to Parkside
Lending, a mortgage company. 

The remainder of the building (approximately 5,500 square feet) will temporally remain occupied by WIIL Rock/WLIP for the next 6 to 9 months until there new space in Gurnee Mills is complete. The existing 411 foot high radio tower and associated on-site easement area that includes access through the parking lot to the tower will remain on site and be utilized by Alpha Media. When the radio station vacates the building, either Parkside Lending will occupy the entire building or they may lease part of the building to another user. 

Parkside Lending is proposed to be open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with five full-time employees. WIIL Rock/WLIP is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with 15 full-time employees.
